For the adult who is looking for a different kind of exercise to improve grace, balance and poise, we have an evening Ballet class on Monday's
Monday evening is our beginners class at 7.30-8.15pm and this will take you through the basics of Ballet and build on the technique as the weeks progress.
You will be learning Ballet steps from the exercises at the barre and then centre work including port de bras (arm movements), Adage (slow movements) with some Allegro (jumping movements).
Booked as a 6 week courses this term or to book individual classes use the drop in class.
