The enjoyment of dancing is good for the heart and good for the soul. We have classes to suit your level from brand new beginners to more the more advanced dancer.

Ballroom and Latin American dances include Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Tango, Jive, Cha Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble, Samba, Salsa. We also cover some of the more popular sequence dances, which are really useful if you go to tea dances or like to cruise.

Here you can see and book your classes in a selection of adult dance classes in Ballroom, Latin.

They are set in blocks of three weeks and during this time you will learn a short routine of the stated dance.
