You can book for a taster day to see if you like it. or book the whole course of 7 weeks or the remainder of the course of 6 weeks if you did the taster
Designed specifically for adult beginners, this Contemporary Dance Class provides a supportive environment to explore the fundamentals of contemporary movement and lyrical dance. Participants will learn techniques that enhance flexibility, balance, and body awareness while expressing creativity through dance. The class fosters physical fitness alongside artistic development, making it an ideal starting point for anyone new to contemporary dance seeking to build confidence and technical skills under expert guidance.
Clothing wise choose something that makes you feel good, is comfortable and flattering. Lycra leggings or tight lycra hotpant/shorts under a short lycra skirt are good choices, something figure hugging that still allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement.
