A  jazz - commercial dance class with fluid movements and empowering body language. Whether you’re a beginner or an have some dance experience  your teacher Molly will guide you through a fun and challenging routines. Discover the confidence that comes with mastering the art of dancing in heels. Boost fitness, strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Whilst being fun dancing routines to your favourite commercial modern songs.
If you  have no experience with heels and dancing in heels before you can take it step by step, heels can be chunky or flared heels, character shoes or even a latin shoes can be a good start point (see our shop) , however we eventually recommend a lace up stiletto heel which supports the ankle and is made for dancing this may have a slightly open toe for proper technique with the floor and for stability. Typically a shoe is 2 to 3 inches in height depending on your preference..
